Thank you for shopping at Pulp&Pixel! We’re committed to delivering your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below:

Domestic Shipping Only

We currently only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Order will be delivered within 7 days

In case of high order volumes, there might be slight delays. You will be notified via email if your order is delayed significantly.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Packaging

We use plastic-free, eco-conscious packaging because we care about both your walls and the planet.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your tracking link shows "delivered" but you haven’t received the package:

  • Double-check your delivery address

  • Ask neighbors or security if they accepted it

  • Contact the courier directly for support

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us photos of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll investigate and work on a resolution promptly.
