Returns & Refunds Window
You can request a return or refund within 3 days from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return :

In its original condition and packaging

Undamaged and unused

Sent back with proof of purchase (order number/email)
- You should send a proof of damaged product in form of video at contactpulpandpixels@gmail.com then our team will confirm it and then only we can issue a refund
How Refunds Work
We only issue refunds once we have received and verified the returned product. If the item is approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method with in 3-4 days
Your order will be replaced and exchanged will delivered within 3 days
