Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Your order will be replaced and exchanged will delivered within 3 days

  • In case the delivered item is wrong or damaged, you must provide clear photo or video proof showing the issue.

  • Proof should be sent via email to pulpandpixels@gmail.com or WhatsApp 

Timeframe

  • All return requests must be made within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  • Requests made after 3 days will not be eligible for a return or refund.

Return Process

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order details along with photo or video evidence of the wrong or damaged item.

  3. Once verified, we will guide you through the return process.

Refund Process

  • Upon receiving and verifying the returned item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

  • Items without valid proof of wrong or damaged delivery will not be accepted for return.
